As you’re no doubt aware, In-N-Out has a secret menu with such delights as light well French fries, animal style hamburgers and Neapolitan shakes. It’s now my goal to introduce the Stevealicious style–a cheeseburger with a whole grilled onion, tomato, mustard-coated meat patty and…wait for it…
French fries placed on top of the onion and *under* the cheese while the burger cooks.
Let’s do this. I’m open to new name suggestions as I already have a proprietary burger at bouchees bistro, but holy fuck, how good would this in-n-out creation be?
