What to call the rock for which there is no means of stopping

So, I’m making an EP. And I want the band name to be Less Than Three. Trouble is, some retard with a guitar and some sensitive lyrics is already selling music on iTunes under Less Than Three.

Go on, take a look at this crap. I’ll wait 15 seconds.

Okay, welcome back. I think we all agree that I’m far more deserving of the name Less Than Three. Be that as it may, I’m prepared to move forward without it. So here are some names I’ve been throwing around:

• Echo Base
• The True Deceivers
• Echoblast
• The Gate Crashers (or just Gatecrasher)
• Bethpage Black (yes. like the golf course. I think it’s cool.)
• Fall Of Carthage
• Drawing Dead

Decide for me. Or should I get some lawyers to get Less Than Three in the hands of its rightful owner?
